By accessing our services or engaging with GTS VietNam, you agree to these terms. They define our professional relationship and set expectations for service delivery, payment, and liability.
Service Scope
All deliverables are defined in the initial quote. Any out-of-scope work will be estimated separately.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, rights to final deliverables are transferred to you. We retain rights to our core tools.
Payment Terms
Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in your contract. Late fees may apply for overdue balances.
Liability & Warranty
We warranty our work for professional standards. Liability is limited to the value of the provided services.
